Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to our AI-powered learning platform, all purchases are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
  • Token purchases and token packages
  • Shop items (streak freezes, power-ups, etc.)
  • Upgrade fees between subscription tiers
  • Any other digital products or services

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • Any unused tokens will remain in your account but cannot be used for premium features after downgrade
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

2.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Jomnouy account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation
  5. You will receive an email confirmation

2.3 Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellations made after this time will take effect for the following billing cycle.

3. Exceptions to No Refund Policy

We may provide refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Technical Errors

If you were charged due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, we will refund the erroneous charge. You must report the error within 7 days of the charge.

3.2 Service Failure

If we fail to provide the service due to technical issues on our end for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days), you may be eligible for a prorated refund. This does not apply to:

  • Scheduled maintenance periods
  • Issues caused by your internet connection or device
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

3.3 Unauthorized Charges

If you believe your account was used without authorization to make purchases, contact us immediately. We will investigate and may provide a refund if fraud is confirmed.

3.4 Legal Requirements

Where required by applicable law, we will comply with mandatory refund regulations.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above:

  1. Contact our support team at support@jomnouy.me within 7 days of the charge
  2. Provide your account email, transaction details, and reason for the refund request
  3. Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
  4. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days

Please note that approval of refund requests is at our sole discretion.

5. Free Trial Period

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged
  • Once the paid subscription begins, the no refund policy applies

6. Downgrading Your Subscription

Instead of canceling, you may downgrade to a lower-tier subscription:

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the difference in price
  • You will retain access to higher-tier features until the downgrade takes effect
  • Some features and token allocations will be reduced after downgrade

7. Account Termination by Jomnouy

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period
  • All tokens and digital purchases will be forfeited
  • You will not be able to access your account or data

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • Please contact us first to resolve any billing disputes
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs

9. Token Expiration

Regarding purchased tokens:

  • Tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active
  • If your account is closed or terminated, all tokens are forfeited without refund
  • Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money

10. Price Changes

If we change our pricing:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance
  • New prices will apply from your next billing cycle
  • You can cancel before the price change takes effect
  • No refund will be provided if you choose not to accept the new pricing
